Websites for associations, NGOs and cultural societies

A modern website your committee can update itself - news, articles, archives, documents and photos - with your old site moved across, help with content and graphics, and support at a fixed price for the whole grant period.

Who it's for

Associations, NGOs, cultural and heritage societies, sports and social clubs - any voluntary organisation in Malta that publishes news, history, events or documents.

Built for volunteers

Committees change and volunteers have little time. Everything is simple to edit, documented, and supported - so the website keeps working when people move on.

What your committee can edit

  • News and articles, with categories and publication dates
  • Archives of past articles, events and historical material
  • Documents: statutes, minutes, leaflets, reports (PDF/DOC)
  • Photos and galleries
  • Events and notices
  • Pages, menus, colours, logo and homepage sections from a settings panel

Moving your old website

Everything on your current site is moved across: pages, articles, the news archive, photos, documents, links and categories. Old addresses are redirected to the new pages where possible, so links shared over the years keep working. Anything that cannot be moved automatically is moved by hand.

Content, posters and promotion

With the optional Content & Design package (€80/month) I upload and format your content every month and design posters and social media graphics in your visual identity - 2 hours of content work + 2 graphics per month.

Fixed-price, multi-year support

The care plan (€49/month) covers hosting, SSL, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring and support. The price is fixed for the full support period - typically three years, matching your grant - so there are no surprises in your budget.

Reporting for your funders

Grant-funded projects often have to show results. The website records what funders usually ask for, and produces the report for you.

Visitor statistics

Visitors, page views and most visited pages - collected without tracking cookies.

Enquiry and complaint log

Every message sent through the website is emailed to you and saved with its date in the admin area.

Content published

Articles, news and guides are counted by type and publication date.

Quarterly reports

Download a report for any three-month period in Excel and PDF, including website availability and a log of updates and backups.

Grant-ready quotations

You receive a formal, itemised quotation: one-time build price, monthly support, and the fixed total for the full period - ready to attach to a grant application. No VAT is added: Fast Web Malta operates under the Maltese VAT small-undertaking exemption.

No supplier lock-in

Your association owns the domain, all content, the database and the full source code. The website is custom-built on open, standard technology - no WordPress theme or plugin licences. On request I hand over the code, a full database export and written documentation, so any developer can take over.

Frequently asked questions

Can our committee update the website without technical help?

Yes. You get your own admin area to publish news, articles, events, notices, pages, photos and documents. Training is included, in person or online.

Can you move everything from our old website?

Yes. Pages, articles, news archives, photos and documents are migrated, and old addresses are redirected to the new pages where possible. Anything that cannot be moved automatically is moved by hand.

Can you prepare a quotation for a grant application?

Yes. You receive a formal, itemised quotation with a fixed price for the build and for the full support period, matching the length of your grant.

What happens if we want to change supplier later?

You own the domain, the content, the database and the source code. On request I hand over the code, a full database export and written technical documentation, so any developer can take over.

Do we need to pay for licences or plugins?

No. The website is custom-built, so there are no theme or plugin licences. The only other yearly cost is your domain registration, paid directly by you.
